Andy Thomas , DO

Beginning September 1, Dr. Thomas will be joining Texas Health Care!

Dr. Thomas is a board-eligible internal medicine physician practicing in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. His training at UTMB gave him the opportunity to care for a wide range of patients — from those with complex medical conditions to individuals seeking preventive care and wellness support.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Dr. Thomas is grateful to be back in the community that he has always called home. His wife and him have returned with their son, who is now starting school, and are excited to plant roots here once again. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with family and cheering on his favorite Dallas–Fort Worth sports teams.

His approach to care is simple: He treats every patient the same way he would treat a member of his own family. He looks forward to building long-term relationships with his patients and being a trusted partner in their health journey for years to come.
