Madison Milhoan, MD

Dr. Madison Milhoan is a native of Arlington, Texas. After high school, Dr. Milhoan attended Mississippi State University, where she competed as a Division I athlete on the cross-country and track teams. Her experiences as a competitive athlete fostered a deep appreciation for the musculoskeletal system and the importance of helping individuals return to the activities they love.

Dr. Milhoan earned her medical degree from McGovern Medical School in Houston. She then completed her orthopedic surgery residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. During residency, she developed a particular interest in hand and upper extremity surgery because of its unique combination of technical precision, problem-solving, and the ability to restore function and independence to patients. She continued her subspecialty training through a Hand Surgery Fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Dr. Milhoan is committed to developing meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them return to work, sports, hobbies, and daily activities. She believes in partnering with patients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyle.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Milhoan enjoys running, skiing, traveling, and exploring local parks with her husband and her dog Charlie. She has completed multiple marathons, including the Boston Marathon, and continues to enjoy an active lifestyle.
