Christopher Ripperda, M.D. is a member of Fort Worth Center for Pelvic Medicine, a part of Privia Medical Group - North Texas and brings his expertise in Female Pelvic and Reconstructive Surgery to the group.
Dr. Ripperda completed both his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology) at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. During his training, he presented his research at national meetings and had several manuscripts published. He also was the recipient of the Best Basic Science Manuscript at the 2016 American Urogynecology Society national meeting in Denver, CO and his work was published in July in the journal Menopause.
His clinical interests include the treatment of overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, urinary tract fistula, etc. Dr. Ripperda offers a variety of non-surgical and surgical options and tries to tailor his approach to the wishes and needs of each individual patient. His surgical interest includes vaginal, robotic, and abdominal surgery for the treatment of pelvic floor disorders with his goal to improve the quality of life for women.
Dr. Ripperda is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. His office is in the Fort Worth Center for Pelvic Medicine and he will be operating out of Baylor All-Saints Medical Center and Harris Southwest Hospital. He welcomes any referrals.

Elizabeth Weaver, Nurse Practitioner, shares her 32 years of nursing experience, the last 16 years which have focused on promoting wellness/disease prevention in the specialty of urology/gynecology. Elizabeth has become an integral part of Dr. Chris Ripperda’s urogynecology team.
Elizabeth started her career as an Air Force Nurse. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 30 years. Elizabeth has resided in Aledo, Tx. for the past 24 years and is a competitive triathlete, as well as a clogging dancer, volunteers at her church, and at The Mercy Clinic in Ft Worth.
Elizabeth’s passion is enabling her patients to be the best version of themselves by using an empathetic and caring approach to health care. Elizabeth’s approach is not the standard medical approach, but rather an integrative approach stressing lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and physical well-being.

Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. While working as a registered nurse for 8 years she found her passion in Women’s Health. Returning to UTA, she earned a Master of Science in nursing and has been certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Through her years of experience as a registered nurse, advance training as a Nurse Practitioner, and partnership with Dr. Ripperda, Crystal is committed to empowering women to make evidence-based, informed healthcare choices and providing them the tools to implement those decisions. A trusting relationship is critical to this process and Crystal is determined to develop this relationship with every patient.
Crystal lives in Aledo with her husband Allen of 12 years and her two children Jaxon and Parker. She enjoys movies, Elvis, Disney, target shooting, and the beach. Family quality time is extremely important. Crystal is actively involved in her church with Faith Community Nursing.
